Consequences Review

Hello Pastor Fisher, I have just finished reading your book ”Consequences” it is so encouraging and inspiring for those who need a really change in our societies through God’s power! I have loved the true stories you have included in this book which shows how God’s word is able to change people for the glory of God and become better citizens of the country. I am happy to meet Mr Micheal Edward Burnes in this book, his story is a great lesson to many. I hope to meet him personally one day and talk more about Jesus Christ our Lord.

Yes my brother, there are great consequences in not believing in God! Everyone wants to do things in his own way not in God’s way! For sure, if all of us were believers in God, and His Word, and being doers of his word, we would not need prison, police or any law enforcers! Righteousness would have been a way of living. But we are living in the time where people don’t want God and they don’t to hear any about Him. People have taken God out of their families, schools, businesses, works, societies, meetings, and towns. The consequences of all that is what we’ve see in prisons.

I am happy that you have explained in the book the real problem of man that is SIN! and you went further to Explain the solution of the problem of Sin, that is Jesus Christ the Son of God, who died for all sinners for all their sins and rose again on the third day, and by believing in Him he forgives all our sins and have right standing with God! This is a good news which we really need to be proclaimed to all people that Jesus died for our sins to save us and make us righteous before God!

You have taught me a lot in this book; on love of money, on hypocrisy, on love that act. I am really blessed. You are a blessing my brother, I have liked the way you explained these topics; you were so honest to tell your own stories and the consequences which follows. I’ve really learned.

When I learned about your first time to come to Africa in details from this book, I knew for sure that you are doing what you are doing for the glory of God only! I can imagine the challenges you faced; leaving your wife at home when she needed you most during her pregnancy, losing your phone, the immigration officers asking you money to allow you enter Tanzania, sleeping uncomfortably rooms, traveling long distances by bus to get to the next town, using toilet you never used to. All these experiences you went through, you did not quit. It’s clear indication for me that you are in a ministry for God’s glory!

You are a blessing my brother, I pray that many will have and read this book and be encouraged to do more for God and for His glory!
